Interesting Site to Check Out Salaries at Companies

I just came across a potentially valuable site allowing the ability to get insider reviews and view salaries at more than 21,000 companies in the U.S. It is completely free to use, but they do use a "give-to-get" model. In other words, to be able to view salaries, you'll have to anonymously share a review or salary for your current or past employer. That seems fair, though.
